Terms of Service — El Comi’s Dompe
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Welcome to El Comi’s Dompe ("Dompe," "the game," "we," "us," "our"), a free play-money card game available at https://eldompe.com. Dompe is operated by M3 Digital Studio, Tucson, Arizona, USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using Dompe. Please read them. They are written in plain English on purpose.
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or playing Dompe, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (Section 19). If you don’t agree, please don’t use Dompe.
2. Who can play: 18+ only
You must be 18 or older to use Dompe. At sign-up you enter your date of birth and confirm it is true. Accounts for anyone under 18 are blocked. Giving a false date of birth breaks these Terms, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18. If you believe a minor is using Dompe, contact us at hello@eldompe.com.
3. Simulated gambling: entertainment only
Dompe contains simulated gambling. It is for entertainment only.
- Dompe is not gambling. There is no real-money gambling in Dompe. You cannot bet, win, or lose real money, prizes, or anything of real-world value. Chips are play money and never cash out.
- Practicing or doing well at Dompe does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling.
4. Your account
- You need an account to play. Keep your login details private and use a strong, unique password. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Don’t create multiple accounts or share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@eldompe.com if you think someone else is using your account.
5. Chips are play money
In these Terms, "chips" means the play money you bet with at the tables. Chips are different from your personal coin (Section 7).
- Chips are play money with no cash value. They never cash out and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.
- Chips can only be played, won, and lost at the tables. You cannot sell chips to other players, buy chips from other players, give or transfer chips to anyone, or trade chips (or your account) for money or anything else.
- Chips are a limited license to use a game feature. They are not your property, and we may adjust balances, for example to fix errors or address cheating.
Chip packs. There are two chip packs: $1.99 for 500 chips and $4.99 for 2,000 chips. Chip packs are not on sale yet. If and when they go on sale, all chip pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Buying chips does not give them cash value. Purchases made through an app store are also covered by that store’s terms.
6. Free chips and bonuses
Dompe gives out free chips in several ways, including ad-reward chips, free chips, the hourly bonus, and the +100 El Comi bonus. These are free and offered as a courtesy. We may change their amounts or timing, or end any of them, at any time.
7. Your personal coin
Your personal coin is a collectible game item with your player name on it. It is not a chip and is never counted as chips.
- One coin, ever. Each player mints exactly one personal coin during sign-up. The front is stamped "El Dompe" with your player name on top and "El Comi’s Dompe 2026" on the bottom. You choose only the back shape and the ring color.
- No remints. A coin is never reminted, replaced, or redesigned under any circumstances, including if it is lost in a hand or if you delete your account.
- Staking and losing your coin. Your coin can be staked in a hand. If you run out of chips, your coin covers your bets through the end of that hand, and the winner of that pot takes your coin.
- Coins you take. Coins you take from other players appear in your profile and trophy room.
- Collect bounty. There is a 500-chip house bounty on personal coins. When you take another player’s coin in a pot, you can click that coin in your profile and choose "Collect bounty." The house then pays you the 500-chip bounty, and the coin goes to the house right away; it leaves your profile. This is how the house can later give the player who lost that coin a chance to get it back (see "Lost coins" below). Collecting the bounty is not a sale. There is no marketplace: players cannot buy, sell, or trade coins with each other, and coins cannot be exchanged for money.
- Lost coins. If you lose your coin, the game shows this message: "You lost your coin. A way to win it back is coming soon." We do not promise that a way to win back a lost coin will ever be offered.
- No cash value. Coins, like chips, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.
- Renames. If an admin renames a player (Section 9), the new name also replaces the name on that player’s coin.
8. Game rules may change
Here is a short summary of how tables work today. It is not a full rulebook, and we may change game rules, table types, limits, and features at any time.
- Regular tables: the dealer sets the ante (5 to 25 chips) each hand. There is one bet per hand, capped at the ante, and no raises. You call or fold.
- High Rollers tables: a player’s single bet can be up to the ante times the number of players dealt in.
9. Player names
- Your player name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or vulgar, and must not impersonate anyone (including other players, real people, Dompe, or M3 Digital Studio).
- We use a blocklist to stop names that break these rules, at sign-up and when a coin is minted.
- Players can report other players whose name or behavior is a problem.
- Admins can rename a player at any time if a name breaks these rules or is being used to harass. A rename also replaces the name on that player’s coin.
10. Table chat and conduct
Chat. Table chat uses preset lines and emoji only. You can mute other players, and chat has rate limits.
Conduct. When you use Dompe, you agree not to:
- cheat, collude with other players, or try to fix the outcome of a hand;
- pass chips or coins to another player on purpose, for example by losing hands deliberately;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to play;
- create or use multiple accounts;
- exploit bugs or glitches (please report them instead);
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
- interfere with or try to break, hack, or overload the game or its servers.
What we can do. If you break these rules, we may take action, including warning you, resetting chips or coins gained unfairly, renaming you, suspending your account, or terminating it.
11. Ads
Dompe shows house ads (ads for Dompe itself) and has a rewarded-ad spot where you can choose to watch an ad for free chips. Ads never play in the middle of a hand. Ad-reward chips follow Section 6. Rewarded ads from outside partners are not active yet; see the Privacy Policy for how ad partners may collect information if they are turned on.
12. Affiliate program
Dompe has an opt-in affiliate program. The full rules are in the separate Affiliate Terms, which control if they differ from this summary.
- Affiliates earn a 25% commission, paid in real money (cash), only on direct in-app purchases made by players they refer: chip packs and physical merch (like pressed coins and shirts). Commission is figured on the purchase price, not including tax and shipping.
- Never counted: ad-reward chips, winnings, bonuses (including the +100 El Comi bonus), free chips, and NFT fees.
- Commissions are held for 30 days, and refunded purchases are taken back out. Affiliates must be 18+, provide a W-9, and connect a Stripe Connect account.
- Payouts are switched off until Stripe is set up.
- Commissions are the only cash in Dompe. Game chips still never cash out, for affiliates or anyone else.
13. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app: use the delete-account option in your account settings.
- By email: email hello@eldompe.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account.
When you delete your account:
- Your login, email address, sessions and notification settings are removed, and your chips are gone.
- Deleting is permanent: we cannot bring the account back.
- Your coin is retired. It is never given to anyone new and never reissued, and it shows as a retired coin with no name and no link to any person.
- Your player name stays reserved so nobody can sign up as you.
- Chips and any unused bonuses are lost and are not refunded.
See the Privacy Policy for what information we keep after deletion.
14. Intellectual property
Dompe, including the game, its name, logos, art, card designs, coin designs, software, and content, is owned by M3 Digital Studio and protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to play Dompe for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse-engineer Dompe or its art or coin designs except as the law allows.
15. Your content and player name
Your player name (and anything else you submit, like reports) is your content. By using it in Dompe, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and store it to run the game, including showing it at tables and stamping it on your coin, and to keep it in coin and mint records. This license continues for coin and mint records after your account is deleted. You confirm you have the right to use the name you pick.
16. Ending your access
You may stop using Dompe at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, or stop offering Dompe or any part of it, at any time, including if you break these Terms. If your account is terminated, you lose access to your chips, coin, and any coins you hold, which have no cash value. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as Sections 5, 7, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, and 21) continue after your account ends.
17. Dompe is provided "as is"
Dompe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the game will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that chips, coins, or progress will never be lost. The game may sometimes be offline, for example during maintenance or if usage limits are reached.
18. Limitation of liability
In plain words:
- We don’t pay for knock-on losses. To the fullest extent the law allows, M3 Digital Studio and anyone working with us are not responsible for indirect losses that follow from using Dompe (lawyers call these indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages), or for lost data, chips, coins, or progress.
- The most we will ever owe you is $50. That is the total for all claims about Dompe put together, no matter what you paid us.
- Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover us for claims and costs caused by your breaking these Terms or misusing Dompe.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It is part of these Terms by reference. It is posted at eldompe.com/privacy.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Dompe is a play-money game, not gambling: chips are play money and never cash out.
21. Resolving disputes
- Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, please email M3 Digital Studio at hello@eldompe.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
- Then small claims court. If we can’t resolve it, the claim goes to small claims court: the Small Claims Division of the Justice Courts in Pima County, Arizona.
- Bigger claims. If a claim isn’t eligible for small claims court, it goes to the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
- No arbitration. Disputes are decided in court, not by arbitration.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Dompe changes. We will post the new version with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
23. Other terms
If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours, for example if Dompe is sold. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and (for affiliates) the Affiliate Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Dompe.
