What to write to us about

• Account help. If you cannot log in, first try Forgot password? or Forgot player name? on the log-in screen. Those send a code to the email on your account. If that does not work, write to us and tell us your player name.
• Deleting your account. You can do it yourself on the delete-account page. If you cannot log in, email us with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address on your account.
• Bugs and problems. Tell us what you were doing, which device and browser you use, and what you saw.
• Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, see the Privacy Policy and email us.
