Affiliate Terms — El Comi’s Dompe

These Affiliate Terms are the rules for the El Comi’s Dompe ("Dompe," "we," "us," "our") affiliate program, operated by M3 Digital Studio, Tucson, Arizona, USA. They add to the Dompe Terms of Service. If these Affiliate Terms and the summary in the Terms of Service differ, these Affiliate Terms control for the affiliate program.

1. Joining is optional

The affiliate program is opt-in. You join only if you choose to. Joining doesn’t change how you play Dompe.

2. Who can join

• You must be 18 or older and have a Dompe account in good standing.
• The program is open to the first 100 affiliates. We may raise this limit (up to 1,000) or close sign-ups at any time.

3. Your referral link

• You get a personal referral link (it ends in ?ref= followed by your code).
• First touch wins. A player is credited to the affiliate whose link they used first. Later links don’t change who gets credit.

4. What you earn

• You earn a 25% commission, paid in real money (cash), on direct in-app purchases made by players you referred. Only two kinds of purchase count:
  • Chip packs: $1.99 for 500 chips and $4.99 for 2,000 chips.
  • Physical merch, like pressed coins and shirts.
• Commission is figured on the purchase price, not including tax or shipping.
• These never earn commission: ad-reward chips, winnings, bonuses (including the +100 El Comi bonus), free chips, NFT fees, coin stakes, and house bounties collected with "Collect bounty."
• Game chips never cash out. The commission is the only real money in the program. Chips and coins you or your referrals hold have no cash value, and there is no marketplace for buying, selling, or trading chips or coins.

5. When you get paid

• 30-day hold. Each commission is held for 30 days after the purchase before it can be paid.
• Refunds are taken back. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, its commission is removed. If it was already paid, we take it out of your next payouts.
• Minimum payout: $25. A payout is sent once your available balance reaches $25. Balances under $25 carry over until they reach $25.
• Payouts are switched off for now. No payouts are sent until Stripe is set up. Commissions can still be tracked while payouts are off.

6. Tax and payment setup

To be paid, you must:

• verify your identity,
• provide a W-9 (US tax form), and
• connect a Stripe Connect account.

Stripe collects and handles your tax and banking information under its own privacy policy. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

7. Rules you must follow

You agree not to:

• refer yourself, your own other accounts, or anyone in your household to earn commission on your own purchases;
• spam, including unwanted email, texts, DMs, or comment floods;
• post your link where it isn’t allowed, or bid on Dompe or El Comi names in paid search ads;
• mislead people, for example by saying Dompe is real-money gambling, that chips can be cashed out, or that you speak for Dompe;
• promote Dompe to anyone under 18;
• use fake clicks, bots, or any trick to create referrals or purchases.

8. Ending the program or your spot in it

• You can leave at any time. Commissions that have finished the 30-day hold are still paid once payouts are on and you meet the minimum.
• We may suspend or remove you, and cancel unpaid commissions, if you break these Affiliate Terms or the Terms of Service.
• We may change or end the affiliate program at any time. We will post changes with a new effective date.

9. Everything else

The Dompe Terms of Service apply to the affiliate program too, including Arizona law (Section 20), limitation of liability (Section 18), and resolving disputes (Section 21). Being an affiliate doesn’t make you our employee, partner, or agent.
