Delete your account
You can delete your El Comi’s Dompe account at any time. This page explains what that does, and lets you do it.
What deleting does
- Your password, email address, sessions, notification settings, profile and sign-up answers are removed. Everyone who is signed in as you is signed out.
- Any affiliate contact or payout details are removed and your affiliate spot is freed.
- Your chips are gone. Chips are play money and never cash out, so there is nothing to pay back. The old chip records and ad records stay as anonymous totals, with nothing tying them to you.
- Your coin is retired. It is not deleted: its serial number and original record stay, shown as a retired coin with no name and no link to any person. It is never given to anyone new and can never be reissued.
- Your player name stays reserved, so nobody can sign up as you.
- We keep one log line that an account was deleted. It holds no name, email or other personal details.
Deleting is permanent. There is no recovery. We can’t bring the account back, and your coin can’t be restored to you. Free play saved on this device stays on this device; clear this site’s data in your browser if you want it gone too.

How to delete your account
- Open El Comi’s Dompe and log in.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account (or come back to this page while you’re logged in).
- Enter your password and type DELETE. If your account has a verified email, we also send a 6-digit code to it. Enter that code too.
Can’t log in?
Write to [email protected] and tell us the player name. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password? on the log-in screen first: it sends a code to the email on your account. We’ll help from there.

You’re signed out everywhere. Thanks for playing. Your coin stays in the record as a retired coin, and your player name stays reserved.
